Please send your insurance certificate at least 24 hours before pick-up, naming SN Image Ltd. as Loss Payee. At pick-up, have:

• Government photo ID (driver’s license)
• Full legal name
• Company name (if applicable)
• Company or personal phone number(s)
• Company or personal address
• If visiting from outside Canada: passport, home/company address, and phone number(s)

For rentals with replacement value under $10,000 using a credit card pre-authorization:

• An active credit card with available funds to cover the full pre-authorization amount
• Completed credit card pre-authorization form (before pick-up)
• Full legal name
• Company name (if applicable)
• Company or personal phone number(s)
• Company or personal address
• If visiting from outside Canada: passport, home/company address, and phone number(s)
